[HELP] How to fix the Folowing bugs?

kk my server [RoyalEo] has the following bugs but we cant really find out the wat to fix it, if somone knows please help out .. here are them
1- Some wierd pm name in some wierd language displayed in some ranks of pets named as "ÌìÏÂÎÞË«[PM]" **********FIXED*********

2- any amount of exp balls u will buy they will cost under 1k eps

3- how to change the amount of eps to change classes from tq baby

4-red/white roses cost more than 4.xxx k...

2 - fix it from cq_itemtype ,
3 - open the tq baby query , change where it says 1000000 , into the number u want
4 - go to the 999 roses in the cq_itemype , search for it ID and change the emoney
