server v18 problem login

Hi
I have a problem
when trying to connect to the server it gives me error
Login details incorrect. Please try again.
I tried several ways but I can not connect to server
I've downloaded NeuzUnique but even then appeared another error
Authentication Error. Please try to patch again
PLEASE HELP!!!

Have you change the ip, salt, and cache port?

okay did you checked the salt of the neuz and the one of the registration
standard: kikugalanet

maybe your registerscript deletes some chars in your password too
