Just to let you know, doesnt matter if you have 100 Cast, 5000 or 9459495495, the limit is 95% and it doesnt change.

And careful with the pics that you post, who knows maybe someone feels like sending it to a GM?

It does change quite alot in a pvp vs an archer example.. you can use only 95% cast right but the debuffs will decrease of the whole cast .... so 660% cast - 50% cast = 610% but 110% - 50% = 60% cast ....

I know that, but what i mean is, he is saying "WTF 600 cast !!!" like that person were casting at 600%.

show me someone with 666 cast and I'll belive that Satan plays this game too

But Move Speed have no limit and this is realy funny if you have 700+ :D
