Problems with SRO installer

Hello,

I'm trying install SRO, but i get error :
"SRO.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.
If you were in the middle of somethinf, the information you were working on might be lost."
Whats the problem? Install downloaded from site and from friend(install works for him)

did u tryied a restart of you`re computer.
if the problem persists try cleaning the joymax registry using regedit.(i can post a picture) . did u tried to instal severall times? does it get stuck at ?% every time? can u post a picture?

try to choose another direction of installing , also print screen could help ..

I'm tryed amoust all i think. Diffirent installs, another dirrection and it several times..
But how cleaning the joymax registry? Explain please ;>
