Hey Guys,
You know the Old version of ID Center? This is a other Version, it have no Thanks Checks or other things, just open the ID Center and Choose this what u want (;
Its maked by Xyonogical and Updated by Hypnotize_
Hope you can do something with this (:

i don't know how you find Effect ID's but i haven't added it in my post
