you should try GM and DEKARON with big letters as normal letters don't work atm to :)

What client you are using? becuz all npc namez are wrong...maybe there are some script errors that dont allow you to use GM/DEV commands...I dont know how help you honestly.. :\

Try to use another client as test server.

Try open your dekaron.exe with hex edit progam. and search for DEKARON / GM / DEV it shud show commands in the exe if it doesnt then some is wrong haha
