ok i did a guide here to make a server and i have to run this thing everytime then open the conquer.exe and log in is there a way i can run the game with out running the other thing? and how would i make my server a client to put on my website?

Of course, you need the server to run otherwise you can't connect to it.. As far as website, no. You need a Windows host to run the server on.

Upload it to a file host, then post the link on your website.

well my server is hamachi and what part do i upload? and on the site maker thing im on i can upload the file right onto the page so i wanna do a direct download

You upload the source, but from the Debug folder. And no, don't upload to your website, it takes too much space and bandwidth. Upload to a file upload service and put the link on your site.
