I think you must see this item in game, then you compare it with other server as what's name

try checking its tpack name or mesh name.

Im looking in ItemTable.csv

and i cant tell what the item is registered to..

Look at the item index..then look at itemshape.csv and search the item index you're looking for and read how the mesh or tpack files are called.
