media.pk2 launcher

Hey guys, I edited my launcher for my own server.. A problem : how can i change the notice message in the launcher ? i can't find the right file ...
help me please :)

There a table in SRO_VT_ACCOUNT called '_Notice'
From there

i extracted the full media.pk2 now..there is no file called SRO_VT_ACCOUNT :/ or _NOTICE ...

You can edit it so you add news to notice..
