Warum hier und nciht in der Minecraftsection?

Der Fehler liegt nicht an deinen Einstellungen, sondern an dem Plugin.
Ich nehme an du hast die Version 2.8.4 vom Jobs Plugin, denn mit dieser Version tritt dieser Fehler auf, da PvP Kills in dieser Version entfernt wurden...
Wenn das für dich ein Problem ist, dass man für das Töten von Spielern kein Geld bzw. Exp bekommt, dann solltest du zurück auf die Version 2.8.3 des Job Plugin umsteigen.
