Made my First Server.. Got questions

Hey Guys, i made my Own Server some days ago.
I got some Questions. Please help me x'D

1.Can i move NPC's?
2.How can i put in Commands?
3.How can i make an RegisterPage & Server Status Checker?

1. yes you can move npcs look into the database at the npc table
2. there are already commands in the source so you dont need to make stuff commands and level commands (try /level 130 and /item super shadowbow 12 7 255 13 13)

do Advance Search, and just type what ever your source is, and make sure the searcher is set to CO2> blah blah> "Private server discussion"

click search, now you should see a lot of things like "[GUIDE]BLAH BLAH" find which one you need, and BAM! you got yourself over 20 guides on how to set up/edit (moving) npcs.... for lotf im not sure one exactly explains it, but im sure using basic skills you can find out how =D

1. Yes you can, check your database for the NPC spawns and change coords.
2. Search in your source for example for /level. You`ll find the codes there, make one yourself now.
3. Learn PHP or ASP
