Problem with new item_proto.sql!! help

Hey all...i have problem with new item_proto.sql...i converty item_proto.xml from my client to sql file...and when i put in navicat,server normal work without problem....but when i try login i get connect to server faild....idk where is problem...plz help

Become you the Error "Server faild" when you put the item_proto.sql or is it a normal error?

when i put new item_proto.sql,i just cant login in client...but server is online....any know why??
