1. perhaps caught botting = banned and stripped off of their honor/exp/rank points.
2. temp bug = it always happen.

They did not get caught, its been like this for a while, some people have been stuck on basic space pilot for over a week.
My account on that server has been basic space pilot for 3 days and was a basic colonel, no deduction, so just a glitch.
