They do not offer dedicated servers , the ip you got reffers back to them
so unless you own hosting24 are you just reselling and let others solve your problem (as you do not even have root acces)

there you got your asnwer
they pay 24$ per month , so they never make a big loss and can affort those low prices ( win/win situation as long nothing goes wrong)

i pay a lot more for my servers and services
but ofcourse my prices are not like 1$ and i can also offer a lot more then he can do (like shoutcasting , pseudostreaming , nginx , custom modules and so on ... ) and in case of problems i can resovle them by ssh :D

also based on his text he wrote , and knowing that he use a reseller
so i woulnd trust it then (he also got 5 clients on the same ip if the checkup is right )
