What do you do in Eve?

Hi,

I was wondering what people do, did or plan to do in their Eve life.
I will just start right away and hope a lot of people participate.


I am currently a Mercenary and we just got our Summer's mission. I'm planning to get a lot of killmails the following months and hope we can fulfill our contract.

Ive just started out as a miner, Ive joined a huge mining corp that own several belts. We also have our own battle fleet to protect the belts which are funded by the miners, its all very cool :D

Get scammed by TEST, should've expected it really, it was test, but it was 2am so whatever.

Umm, they told me i'd be earning 1bil every 10 hours in there wormhole, because of my sec status they offered to take my stuff in, they said I could refuse and bring it in myself, I was like, fuckit, you seem good, gave them my 1.2bil tengu and a 250mil fee, I didn't pay to get into the corp, I simply paid to get my shit moved.

They dropped convo when they got it.

I contacted the CEO to say nice job on the scam, I deserve it, he then was like "What! We don't tolerate scamming in this corp" and then claimed he'd kick them, still in, no shit the ceo was trolling me.

How do you meet people that scam you, everyone I have met in game has been very helpful and have been given me stuff. Like with in the first week i was given over 350mil alone just by random people saying you need this or that, let me help you with this.

Maybe you play the wrong game and not Eve.

Anyway, when I started I also got a lot of things for free as a beginner but as soon as you look deeper in Eve you will see that it is a horrible place...

...but I still like it.
