They have apis and Zeus, you can find them in the Skylab and High tech, if you will pay them direct, but you can also have them in chests on the map.

look in tech factory there are the drones.
you can buy booty keys and collect bootys then maybe with much luck you can get a part of apis.
the zeus-drone you only can get on "specialdays" when there are the golden bootys ;)
with every part the price of the drone is lower.
i would buy them if they cost 300k or 200k uridium
