What does blockingratio and perry help for?

I dont meen the Blockingraion on shields, i meen the Blockingration i can have on my weapons as blue. And what does parry help for?

And my build is Str glavie, is Bloody demon storm a good skill for me? and what does it helps for if its good?

More Parry Ratio gives you the chance that the Enemy hurts you lower damage than his average Damage, His Hit Ratio gives him a chance to deal higher dmg then his average dmg.

No-the parry ratio on the weapon decreases the chance of the opponent's block

Ok lets start from wep blocking. If u have blocking on your wep its mean that when u hit someone with shield your glavie will have lesser chance to be blocked so the more block u have on your wep the less block u will get from enemy.

Parry ratio gives change to get not biggest dmg , which he can hit.


And with bloody storm u can block mag dmg even with glavie.
