Good, cheap host for my server?

I might create a server soon, but first of all I want to know where to host it.
I don't believe all these 12 year old Turks pay 80$ a month for a host with a fail server.

Where do these people get their host?

Well, check hetzner.de hosts, check server4you.de hosts as well. They got pretty cheap roots that could handle sro server easily.

All you need is a simple quad core to host the server, minimally 6 GB of ram and at least 30-50 mbit of upload, such roots aren't that expensive.
