Deco 7.4

New deco items epic 7.4

It's ca 20% of the new Deco :D

i think 15 % :D

I don't know exactly but this should be almost the complete deco of 7.4. I only copied it from my ItemResource and didn't checked it but this looks like all of the deco.
I don't like the new Deco that's because i didn't work with it till now.
