The reason the online scanners find nothing is because this simply extracts another exe and runs it. Anti-virus doesn't look for that.

Siion .. This isn't the Right file.. Look its any Sidebar.exe on Your PC not the Hack^^ so It's Clean but your Own Risk by me IT goes GooD..!

DO NOT USE
I got the same sidebar.exe thing aswell as a few other .dll's when I opened it.
Nothing else appears so I'm guessing it's just a keygen.
