Must have:
-2 GB ram(atleast 1.5gb)
-core duo X2 CPU (atleast can be core2 duo core quad core2 quad AMD X3,X4)
-good internet atleast 2mb/s
-must be non hamachi(static ip)
-be able to keep it 24/7
-must have Win XP
Must not have:
-Win Vista
And the most important MUST BE FREE:)

i have 24mbps connection windows vista 3GBram pentium core 2 2.5Ghz ws me if ya want to host it..

windows 7 is in alpha stage - I would NOT recommend it as stable system
however I'm runnin windows 2008 x64, which I would recommend.
also windows 2003 32 bit is pretty stable

i had windows server 2008 standered didnt work good for me i couldnt get mssql 2005 to work
