HELP ASAP!

I Need help every time i go into Navicat to Execute a SQL file it says

[Err] 1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'skip,1;
END

Can some one Honestly Help me?

Didn't you post this same problem in another thread, or was that someone else?

Anyway, it means you need to upgrade your MySQL distribution so that it supports the format that the database backup was saved in.
