Problem switchbot on DarkFusion2!!!

I have a problem with switchbot 3.0.0.4 is last version. When i start switchbot and i'm in client Dark-Fusion2 (last 2012 with hackshield) say me an error : Openprocess failed! What can i do? Please help xD Thanks.
