Question about CS message

Hi, I just wanted to know if anyone got this problem like me. So about a week ago i wrote to CS to unlock my mage and still didint get any answer is it posible that inix is ignoring my CS messages or anyone else of you guys dont get any responses?

Already tryed it yesterday and still same shit, its in Progressing state but no answer...

Last time i sent a CS message took them 3 months, i had to keep on sending it.

And today they answerd all 4 in 1 day, ofc all are the same message xDD

well be happy i have an acc with an progressing message from 2006 :D

But i think its totaly understandable they get like 70 messages a day so it may be hard to respont to all.

and 65 of them get the same msg "we can not help you please enjoy kalonline"

yea probably xDD, btw another question is there a way to change my ip so inix wouldnt trace my main chars?
