Talk with NPC

How to add a sound for a NPC?
Eg: NPC arms
i put a folder in sounds.epk/.eix where was too folders "pony' "horse" ...
but client can't read that sound for npc arms

Who can help me?

Did you edit your .xml data?

P.S I do not think that NPC can talk :S
