How can i fix it :/?

the error must be there, maybe any value is not int or too high for the .exe's. We can't know without more details

correct on billing-> dbconnect.asp then make your db names like Br_AccountTest - Br_GameTest if you using black rogue files. otherwise search bugged account's jid in SK.Silk table.

Check if IP: port/dbconnect.asp if working. (Example: 192.168.1.100:8080/dbconnect.asp).
If you get a white, blank page, it means it's working.

Also your account DB name must be named SRO_VT_ACCOUNT, if you use vsro files. (BR_AccountTest if you use black rogue files)

Blackrogue is haven't billing.

You are false. I'm using black rogue files and taiwansro files too. And I don't install any billing lol.

lol. I just tried it, deleted the billing setting from server.cfg, and I got DC after I tried buying something from Item Mall.
I use different BR files though (unmodified and probably never version), those aren't released on epvp/RZ.

I got already official 110 cap BR files. Those aren't released. But still same just vsro have billing. BR or Tsro haven't. I have already try.
