I heard many people talking about a Openstealth banwave, is it safe to use Openstath now (autolock in gate and collect palladium). ?

Nope not today and tomorrow...
They are sending out new anti-bot tech that monitors where the packets go and since OS messes with the packets its an auto perma ban.
