problem with a pserver

hey guys

i have a problem
you know when you find something with like amp or crit in slot
it should be 10% dmg or 7% amp
but i am seeing 5% dmg and 5% amp
other people on the server have this problem asswell and others dont

does any1 know a solution for this?

`cause its episode 1 client with completer skill.The rol+2 have 10% rate,etc.Its a client problem

the rol+2 do have 15% and dmg crafts are also 16%
and i have trans skills
