Me and my friend Mark have nearly completed the database used by isro. So, if we get enough coders, developers, designers etc, we will be able to complete it, and successfuly launch a private server, if you wish to contact us about anything, join our forum and register. from what I saw of your database you still have a long way to go...

Then you still need complete server files. which I doubt you will get. Leaked ones are nowhere near complete.
