Server files and client

Hello every one
Im looking for fresh unbugged English server files and a nice English client with new items and weapons etc....
The problem is all the clients I have are German ..:D
And I speak English lol
And if any one knows how to add my hamachi ip on the client so people can join my server please tell me :handsdown:

Tham mod the german Client/SF to a English client?!
