Because when you open the 16.6.2012 hack and active tank mode it already have cheat bypass ;)

Because you are doing something wrong ...

1- open the game
2-open 16.5.2012 hack , active 1 function .
3-open v1.2 hack press shift+f3 and shift+f5 .

If the problem keep on , disable antivirus while using the hacks..

Shift + F2 will only work if you´re using Windows 32 Bits. Otherwise, you car won´t move an inch. Regarding the acceleration and handling... i activate Shift + F3, Shift + F4 (I modify the value and set it to 3.5, since the default value when activating Shift + F3 is... 1.3 or so..), also activate Shift + F5 and then Shift + F6 and once again modify the value here.. I write 25 since the original value for Shift + F5 is 10. The Custom tank mode stays untouched. for other functions, I use the other trainer.
For the asshole who called us noobs: go f%$·ck yourself.
As for something said here before about adding a car changer: hope some day some skillful programmer can do that. I don´t do that cuz i´m a loser in that heheeh.

Sure it does. But try to be easy on the others while on multiplayer. It´s too obvious if you use it like crazy and many suckers will surely start whispering "reported" "hacker" "cheater" "noob" amongst others.
