Multiclient

hello,

I have tryed to use VMware 6.5 in cabal forum to multiclient requiem: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

But after i install everything, i run the game, updates are complete, and after i press start the game launch and crash..

Anyone know how to solve this ?

does vmware support directx ? i dont think so...

version 6.5 supports it, and i already tried it and works! At the start there is a list of the devices, like floppy, cd-rom etc. and there is Display, click on it and tick this: "Acelerate 3d graphics (DirectX 9.0c)" ! ;)

Yeah i have that option :/ and still the same :(

I made everything right, like in the manual... any idea mailman ?

I've gotten the install to work, started and patched the game up, but thus far when I hit start it closes the updater window and nothing starts up... I had it working for awhile, but then when I switched clients hackshield reported a speed hack detected (was using the unmodded executable to test it) and shut down... this was after the most recent update... haven't had any luck starting up since... so it is possible, but I don't know where I'm having issues at. If I figure anything out I'll keep you posted.

do u installed the vmware tools?

Yes, I did a reinstall of windows using a different version I had sitting around in .iso form, (Slim corp Win XP Pro) and it worked well, strange graying and etc, but it works well enough.

I think it's a matter of what windows install you're using...

Are you sure it's not just your computer? You PC might not have the hardware to cope with running 2 OS and 2 game clients. My PC has troubles, FPS is terrible on the guest OS, but everything runs smoothly on the host OS.
