Is there. Way to get the eagle wings back if you sold them. They are do wings .5 get from quest instead of the .0 wings I have my skill up to 10 so I go 2.0 but would like 2.5

They aren't boutique wings they are quest award wings I can't find tge guy that gave then

yes, thats possible to buy them again from the Quest Awarder. So go to the NPC where you got the wings and there you can buy them again. (The NPC where you gave the DQ items) You can take a look to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] at the quests range level 30-39 about the exact quest description and the location from the NPC.
