I suggest you just to start playing some server, be helpfull, get GS First, then be good, etc, PROOVE your self, then Admin might pick u as GM... But that takes time...
Being a GM is hard.. and.. I see lot of threads like this here... Come on >.> No one will trust you and you know it. Sorry if i was being rude but it's true no one will trust ya.

Agreed with STIV. If you want to prove yourself to be a GM though prove you can hold a server up on your own.
I'm sorry, but no one should have an admin role in any type of server based game unless they can actually run the whole game on their own.
Sitting in game talking in trade or doing a notice doesn't give you a right to be a GM.
Being able to run through sql commands, patch the server, just know all the basics and more of keeping it running give you the right to have an admin role.
Just my two cents...
