Looking For A sever That needs a ingame GM

i would like to look into a server that needs a GM/Admin if anyone would like to consider experienced Staff memeber that used to own a shaiya please contact me or skype me tony.parys1 i would like to help a server a lot and i would do all of the following i know how to use a database the SQL 2005 :) but i wouldn't get that in a day but if i proof i can be a GM ingame i probably would be able to get the database stuff so if anyone wants my help pm me :) i don't expect to get it in 1 day i can start from i am just really bored :rtfm:
1. Report Any Inapporite behavor
2. Report any Glitchs/bugs
3. do Events once a week
4. hand out PvP rewards
5. be active more then 3hrs a day if i do not u can take away my tag :)
6. i would do notice's to vote :) and about incoming updates

Being a GM involves much more than what you have stated in your post, you need to at least know how to keep a server up, the basics of SQL Server and some way of editing contents of the game would be a plus.

but i'll tell you if you want to be a GM u most learn at least some about PS
like SQL or HeX or Olly or anything thats will let you be a good hand for the Dev team

take it as note if you are not dev there is only a little to be a GM =]

Basically you just stated a few roles of what a GS could do here....

guys i know how to run the database but i wont think i need to add that because that would be rushing it

It is actually needed to you provide all the relevant information about yourself, is like if someone goes to a job interview without their resume.

Yet even when you provide all the information, applying in here won't help you at all because you will be missing the most important part of being a GM/Adm, knowing the server

I don`t think being a GM would go for everyone arround here.
As i saw a lot of fail GM`s in the times i played Shaiya.

Not going to bash, but on WoS, 1 of the GM`s can`t spell a word correctly, nor can make a sentence from where you can understand what he wants.

Knowing 1% of Database, HeX, Olly isn`t enough, and also to be a GM you need more then that, think about ways to communicate with people, helping them, taking a lot of crap from the players without getting mad. Ohh and 1 more thing would be, don`t get to "important" then anyone else cause you have some powers. Be equal with everyone. ;)
Rest of the jobs have been told or, you will find out.

And i would suggest to ask this directly on the forum of the server you are playing, or contact the owner of that server. ;)
