[HELP] Rainbow Gems

Hello!

My friend is running private server, and he has a little problem and he doesn't know how to fix this.
The problem is :
When you are wearing full set of super Rainbow gems you don't get more exp than regular ( you are getting same exp when you are killing monster like if you would be wearing non soc gear)


So if anyone know how to fix this problem please post in here.
