Well in My Pserver There r 2 ways to make Attract Players to my server :-

1 - To Launch my Server with everything i've Done So player get Excited From my server Details and they would love to Join server with these nice Features

2 - I make Just Normal Server and I Add my progress in Source on peices So players get more Excited cuz they would feel there r Updates and they would love to try Them So this makes Entertainment ..

Which 1 Do u think is The best for Players ?

That's an independent decision, why are you asking us? Your server not ours, We're not your babysitter.

Either way, you'll end up at the same point and place. It's all about knowing your players, and knowing what they like. On one hand, you may get a few more players at the start if you have all those things done at first. While, on the other hand, you may get more players who like to help with developing a source so that they have an impact on the final product.

I do know that .... I wanted Your Opinions About Which One Do u think is Better

Getting our opinions is perfectly acceptable it's just coming accross differently.

I would open a ~Beta~ to give players a taster of what's to come, and then once you got more shit done do a Grand Opening.
