Looking for a DEV

Hello everyone im making a new server and i was looking for a good hard working DEV who can help me and the server develop. I need a DEV that knows how to color gears and convert DDS files into PSD file ( A.K.A Photoshop files so me or you can color them)Well if by any chance you think you could helm send me a message or PM me on skype. GL on your search- and I can't speak for Alex's experience as a developer, but he's a really nice guy, creative, very helpful, and good with HTML, at the very least. =)
