What should I learn first before attempting to mod mabi?

Well, I'm a complete noob at this. I don't want to jump right into looking for downloads such as mabipake, as I don't think I will get very far knowing nothing about it.

What are some things I should learn first? I don't plan on trying to make my own mod anytime soon, but what should I learn in order to do that eventually as well?

Not looking for a hand held tutorial on anything, but can someone point me in the right direction? I've gone through quite a bit of threads and haven't found any leads as to where I should actually start. Not much info I found made any sense to me. What information I thought I found, turned out to be people trolling, lol.

I understand this isn't the place to be asking for help too much, but I don't know of any other site that has people who would know. Any info would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

If you are a complete noob, does this mean you can not do the most basic mods?
Try starting with normal mods over at Mabimods.net ?

If you are not interested in the more "normal" mods for you client via data folder etc then i would suggest googling about how to use a Debugger (Ollydbg) and how to code in a particular language (most mods around here are in C/C++).

This is a translation of your post, as the denizens of this forum will see it.

Just FYI.

Well, if by basic you mean things like Tiara, then I have used that before. It didn't require any skill to figure out how to use things like that though, so I think I am a complete noob.

Thank you though, I'll check out mabimods and google those things for more information. :)

Kind of figured I'd get replies such as this. I would rather be honest about my lack of skill instead of straight up asking for something I'm not ready for. I very well know how some people here will treat me if I know nothing, hence this question.

Everyone starts somewhere, do they not? I doubt anyone here instantly became an expert.
