Some reliable hosts:
Limestone Network
SoftLayer
ServerLoft
DatabaseByDesignLLC
WorldStream
HostKey
Staminus
Gigenet
Burst.net
Netrouting

Avoid these:
OVH & OVH resellers
Kimsufi & Kimsufi resellers
Server4you
Hetzner & resellers
Giga-International

What to look for in hardware:
-avoid desktop CPUs (i3, i5, i7 etc.), get a server with Xeon or Opteron
-ECC memory is very important
-if you have more than one HDD, get hwraid1
-and I would say 1gbps connection is needed for smooth gameplay.

You are saying avoid server4you - choose Serverloft.
They are the same companies, server4you is the lower one. But I would recommend you both.

Btw: @seven16
It's really expensive :D

oO Not as I expected, It's cheap enough. :) (It's a promotion i think)
But do you think SATA HDD is enough? I think at least a SAS disk is required for non-delayed gameplay.

I'm sure they are the same, I'm not sure if theyre using the same DC but submit tickets from both of them and same person will reply them :) I've asked them before, they're calling themselves 'sister companies' :)
Yet, I didn't have any problems with both of them.
