how to get the protocol of your server?

m playing in L2 SEA

does l2decrypt have a version for Gracia PT 2?

what is l2decrypt?

its a application for decrypting the L2.ini where you can get the protocol version of the server

i see. pls give the link where to DL that so i can check the protocol of sea server. i dont know if l2decrypt will work in gracia part 2

You can retreive protocol at this command line:
Start Menu > Run > C:\Program Files\Lineage 2\System\L2.exe -protocol

The protocol of SEA retail server is 12.

but even with the right protocol,
you will still get ->Login GameServer Fail.

Anybody have any idea ?

what do you mean right protocol? the reason why it is not working is because the protocol is wrong right? so how come the right one doesn't work? what is the right protocol anyway? is it 12?

i tried the l2decrypt earlier.
it says wrote 3424 bytes using version 121!

12 is right protocol?

ok i'm playing in L2SEA as well and here's what i've done so far..

checked protocol: 12
done netstat on server choosing screen to find out serverport which is 2106 and also the login server ip is the same l2auth.lineage2.ph(116.68.136.27)

now having done all that, set it right already. i still get:

05:10:39 Login LoginServer Success.
05:10:39 服务器[45]当前在线率:6.45%,能否登陆:能
05:10:41 Link GameServer Succeed.
05:10:41 ->Login GameServer Fail.

tried some luck with port 7777, protocol 746/851/831/828 etc none of it works..

we need to get the right protocol . 12 is not the correct one.
