Why do you want to be moderator?
- I would like to be helpful to the EO Section aswell as the e*pvp community. I have experience in these things as I have been a mod on a few other forums.

How much experience do you have with the issue from the forum you apply for a moderator job?
- I have been a server owner a few months back untill I shut it down. I've been playing EO for 2-3 years. I played every TQ game which exists. EO section is constantly being updating and I would like to keep it developing now and then.

Do you have enough time to visit the board averaged two days and to take an interest in the forum?
- I check out the forum everyday and see the new posts and try to help them as much as I can and know.

Do you took part there before you sent your application?
- Yes I'm active. I do release few things as my skills are mostly web designing etc.

Do you have a lot of patience with questions wich you think themselves that they are very stupid?

Yes, I do try to answer those questions. Everyone could ask stupid questions when they don't know anything about it, I'm sure I have asked stupid questions when I was a newbie and when I didn't know much of the things until some one teached me.

Can you act good in general with other human beings?
-Yes, Most of them in the EO section are friendly and they do respect each other. Even the ones that are not friendly deserve to be shown the same respect that I show everyone else.

Did you ever operatet as an moderator before?
-Yes, I've been on few other forums as a mod. Some are the guild forums and some are the game forums.

what if a flaming is there, what would i do?
- I would do the same as the other e*pvp mod's do, if some one breaks against the e*pvp rules, they should be warned once and show them what they did wrong. And let them know the forum rules and regulations they should follow to be going through. If they didn't follow the rules after I will warn them, they could deserve an infraction as for not following the e*pvp rules and regulations. I would once remind them where they broke the rule and explain the rules. Also if some one uses foul language, I would edit the post and give him a warning. If he repeats once more, I would have to delete the post and give him one infraction and point out where he had broke out the rules.

If i am a Mod what would i do in first?
-I would discuss with the other mods in the section on how they try to keep the section clean as possible and to make e*pvp a useful place for EO players.

Sincerely,
DiobloSlayeR

It's okay, your decision. Can't change it.

just because he spammed a bit it doesn't mean that he does this every time . i can tell you by his thanks....which show that he is active and helpful most of the time ... if he was a spammer his post count would be big and thanks low...

Hello DiobloSlayeR,
here a few aspects to your application.

#1) The application itself
Your application isnīt perfect but I think itīs quite good and adequate. You answered the questions more or less detailed and your diction is good and it seems that you are a native English speaker. So the application is a plus on the list.

[+]

#2) Activity and other statistics
Joindate, Postcount and thankscount are pretty presentable. These statistics show the administrator and the members that you are a competent and helpful person. Also you concentrate your postings on EO-Section and not much on off-topic talk. Well thereīs nothing else to say I guess. (PS @ kiro4kuro: A high postcount does not neccessarily mean, that the person really is helpful)

[+]

#3) Other circumstances
It seems that you flamed in some of your posts. Thatīs indeed unfavorable and I have to add it as a minus.

[-]

Conclusion:
In my opinion you have a good chance to get the position. If the administrator would appoint you I would not disagree.

[+]+[+]+[-]=[+]

Regards,
John Dread
