Vsro Server nothing loads ingame

I am messing arround with the vsro server files and yesterday I reinstalled the OS of my server. Now I'm having a weird problem which I have not seen before. All the servers start fine but once I get ingame I can only see my character. The HP/MP bar is empty, Stats are empty just no packets are sent.

Do any of you know what this problem could be? I used the databases released by chernobyl and I also tried a clean database.

By the way no logs are created and while I was typing this post one warning appeared:

You can log in to existing servers? I mean not made by urself

Yes those work perfectly fine. It also doesn't matter which client I use. I even tried clientless.

Also tried to login with a GM and non gm account but no difference.

well if you get dc when you log on game i would tell you that's billing problem

Yeah I also thought of that but it's not a disconnect i'm getting. It's just nothing. Once i am ingame it doesn't load the character information or anything. I just stood there for 30 mins in jangan and nothing happend.

hmmm the game have no words at all?
and the char have no hp and mp .etc?

Yes indeed. It is just my own character which spawns and then no packets are sent.

Wrong locale, or you are applying an english patch wrong on the sro_client.exe

That was indeed the problem. I changed the locale in the media.pk2 from vietnamese to english which caused this error.

Country should be "Vietnam"?

EDIT: I don't understand how it works but i fixed it using another txtdata and using Vietnam as country/language.
