Not like a private server with x100 rates.
It is a bit faster then isro most levels are like 75 % of the exp needed in isro , but has a exp bar system. First 8 hours 100 % exp , then like 4 hours 50 % exp. But if you stay online for another 6 hours u get the 100 % exp again for 8 hours (well only 6 left if you are online since 0:00 sro time)So u also only get 18 hours exp (4 are 50 % so like 16). So not faster lvl 120 then isro. (exept when buy premium and exp items then it is faster)
Job is same , economy is better I believe.
But most important change are skill changes , all you have been waiting for in isro is activated there. Blackres has long cooldown and if you use a buff the blackres buff is gone. Bless then weapon switch is bless gone. Chinese is way stronger there. 240 is max mastery total but Fire Light and Cold is 1 mastery so kinda like having 4 masteries maxed.
