Why do you want to be moderator?
I would like to be helpfull to the community of the Eudemon Online section. I believe people have a right to say as long as they say it in a proper way. I would also get together with the other moderators to discuss what they would like to see the direction of the section go. I would speak with the community itself and ask them what areas of the Eo section do they feel need improvement.

How much experience do you have with the issue from the forum you apply for a moderator job?
I have been co-owner of my own private server for almost a year. I have played EO for about 2 or 3 years, but i have played every other TQ game thier is. Eudemons is constantly devloping and i feel the community should be devloping as well.

Do you have enough time to visit the board averaged two days and to take an interest in the forum?
I am on Epvpers Daily for a few hours to read the new posts and offer help when i can.


Do you took part there before you sent your application?
Yes i am active daily. I do release a few things but since my skill mostly is graphical there is not much call for it. I do get into discussions at times with some of the community that can sometimes be heated but i have only recieved 1 infraction and both of my accounts are unbanned. (DeadPool and PsykoChyld)


Do you have a lot of patience with questions wich you think themselves that they are very stupid?
Yes i deal with players daily and they ask stupider questions than some of the newer people here do. It does annoy me at times but i still help them. They are new and it is to be expected that they are not sure of what exactly to do to get themselves started.

Can you act good in general with other human beings?
Yes. a good 99% of the community are friendly. There is no reason that i can not show them the same respect that they show me. Even the ones that are not friendly deserve to be shown the same respect that I show everyone else.


Did you ever operatet as an moderator before?
i have been a moderator for many forums for a total of about 8 years. If you would like i can provide you with a list of them. One of them however is bbs.monsterandme.com.

what if a flaming is there,what would i do?
The same that i do when i am moderating any other forum. If The person has a legit beef with someone else, has a good point, but is using alot of insulting or foul language, i would edit out the language that is not needed keeping the general message of his post intact. I would then procede to private message him giving him a warning about his language and show him exactly where the thread was that was the offending thread. However if someone replies to a person asking a question and it is nothing but a flame i would remove the post completely and once again warn the person in a private message. If the person continued i would once again delete his post, and this time infract him. In his message i would once again point out the rule and where he had broken it.

If i am a Mod what would i do in first?
Discuss with all of the other mods of all the sections and explain exactly step by step what i would like to do. For Instance i personally feel there should be a "Release" Section. Having a section set aside just for the releases of the Eo Private server. Having it this way keeps the people that need help a little more organized but still being able to post in thier own thread, while making it easier for the players who are looking for a new database or a specific program they new was released to find.

Application isn't bad but you have low post count,

You should post more in the section you want to be a moderator in, and when you have 300 or more posts and some more thanks, try it again and you will get my yes.

Hello DEADP00L,
a few aspects to your application:

#1: The application itself
The first impression is quite good. You answered the questions more or less in detail. Also you are able to express yourself in an adequate way and you seem to speak proper English. So far I do not see grave mistakes or other negative aspects in the application.

#2: Activity and other statistics
Joined 3 months ago, 114 posts and 51 thanks. Not enough in my opinion. You should have tried a bit later and you´d be my favorite for the section. As I explained countless times now it is not unimportant thata moderator can show some good statistics to show members that they are trustworthy and competent. Well but a positive aspect is that you concentrate on the section you apply for and that you don´t do much off-topic talk (but I don´t say that it´d be bad if there was a bit off-topic...we´re human beings after all).

Conclusion
Well to you I´d say if you make more useful posts you could become moderator. If you show a strong will that you want to be one and help the community you are a good candidate.

This is my orginal account before i switched to DeadPool :P Though i do respectfully accept any decision you all decide. Wow even with both accounts i still dont total up to 300 posts...LoL

i don't see a post or a rule where it says that just mods opinions matters ..... let's say you're applying in a section where there are no mods atm ... or maybe if you mean that the mods opinion matters in all situations ... still incorrect ... the mods are simple people like me and you ... just that they have power in a section or more makes em different ... here is another reason why you don't fit as mod ... your behavior + bad temper ... and i don't consider neocron flamed you ...

first off i didnt lose my temper thank you very much. Kindly assume elsewhere. Secondly the point in my pervious post is necron has no right to say anything about flaming at all. I never once said that Necron had flamed me in his post there. You are putting words in my mouth.I can list countless posts where he has done nothing but flamed people. That was the point. Talk about hypocritical necron is being a prime example.

He has no right to say crap about people and thier flaming. That is the point. I am trying to be respectfull twards people but when you get ignorant people like that saying "so and so has a history of flaming" when themself have the same exact history makes it rather hard.

I Vote yes to Deadpool being mod i have known him for about a yr now and he is very freindly and he does not ever ever flame he makes points i give him my 110% suppport for this and i say yes because he is very trustworth

here is another proof that you just want another mod because you don't like Xrusty ... let's analyse :

Your Join date : nov 2008 . So you know it for 1 month ....

Second : PsyhoChyld

His Join date : jan 2008
Your Join date : nov 2008 . So you know it for 1 month as well ...

So in both cases you know it for 1 month which is a lot less than a year .
