Skill editing + Winhex help please

Hey, i was woundering if anyone can help me with winhex, im currently skill editing and for some reason the codes skip. Like you get 1,NO_CANCEL, 2,NO_CANCEL and then it skips to like 11,,NO_CANCEL or 22,,NO_CANCEL. Also the codes have like 3 dots in the. Like 2,NO_CANCEL... l3232... like there is something inbetween there but its not showing me.

u just need to edit the NO_CANCELs....
(1,NO_CANCEL;11;21;31;41;51;61....) others numbers dont need(2,3,4,5...)

can some1 post a key code for winhex
