A normal private server?

Is there ANY normal working pserver here??
I mean , all this high rating and beginers crap where you get free SON weapons , free sp , gold , etc. ...whats up with that ?
and the amount of those servers popping up daily is too much..i cant keep tracking this anymore..

any low exp rating-without the begginers thing pserver will be gladly accepted

What about pvp server d13 Not that much free items because its a perfect comunity and players
