[Help]Vsro V.188 Problem with Gameserver

hi everyone,i have done everything in guides for this problem and its still coming up .. when i launch the game server im getting Overlap Job Exception .. manny of threads and people told me that the database maybe fcked up .. i tried to replace it many times .. restore .. fix ..even changing my SQL 2008 R2 to SQL 2005..also the gameserver regions and map is initializing normally .. but at the end i get overlap job exception..CServer Process overlap .. if you have ANY solution let me know please !.

i tried that and it still didn't work and i also tried changing the database many times..
