Cabal Pserver

Hey,

im looking for a good Cabal Pserver, but i dont like the 8000 Rebirth Stuff.
Why? Its sound like the pvp go imbalance if someone make the 8000 Rebirth and get extra statpoints.

most important for me:

- fast leveling 1-2 Weeks to reach max
- fast gear, no 1x Droprate-shit
- 100+ players (because i love pvp)
- less bugs

Honestly, the best private server out right now would be mystery cabal. All the players from different servers went to it because it is ep7. They got tired of ep3 or lower servers. You can definately level easy on mystery and there is well over 100 people. Only thing im not sure is how long getting geared takes. I got around level 70 before I quit. Also from what I've tried myself its not very easy to hack on mystery as well w/o getting banned. They watch their DC logs like mofos.
