2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

that's the error. can someone help me? im on at my Yahoomessenger. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] please please help me..

try first connect just root no password if connected change root password there

10061 means you have been blocked by some kind of firewall 10060(means no connection at all)

go to C:\windows find a file called my.ini delte it and then run your winmysqladmin,which must be in your C:\mysql\bin and it sohuld ask you to enter username and passoword, so enter the(example) username:test password:test
